Best Deal Mattress & Furniture

There was some miscommunication on how long it would take to get the couch delivered. Micheal (owner) and his team worked tediously to find a workaround on the delivery and were very accommodating to make sure I felt good through the entire process. Felt well taken care of. Thanks guys.

Buying and furnishing a home is really difficult in this economy. Best Deals is absolutely the place to go for furniture. We bought a couch tonight and Mike was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and friendly. We have an odd size space for a couch and he helped us get measurements and find the perfect couch for us. He even included a beautiful king size sheet set. This small gesture meant the world to us and we will not only be coming back, but recommending everyone we know to this place! Thank you so much!!

We love this place. Great prices and great quality. We bought a loveseat and couch and I paired it with an accent chair I found elsewhere in the store. We walked out with the set we picked right from the floor. Everyone comments on my family room furniture! We send our neighbors here too- you can get a better deal here than at RC Willey, for sure. Edit: we bought another set for our TV room. We love them!

Updated review. march 4th Worst customer service from the owner , I will definitely be spreading the word of how terrible this experience has been . 32 days have passed since we made the purchase , now we have a partial delivery date for Wednesday ,the entertainment center won’t be here for yet another week. Please avoid purchasing from here unless you don’t care when your furniture gets to you . This was a $4723 purchase , I called to get an update and it seems like our order is being shipped on different trucks and partial parts of our order is on site the others aren’t , for example missing head and foot boards out of a bedroom set , missing mirror or missing tower of an entertainment center. They didn’t deliver on their word, sad because we were hopeful we found a furniture store with fair prices, and were intending to furnish the rest of the house from this location.

We've bought two couches from them! One for my therapy office and one in our house. They're prices really are the best for new furniture. They deliver as well! One of their delivery guys helped carry the couch up our stairs into the room and helped put the couch together. Staff is very kind and helpful! I highly recommend them!
