Purple - University Place

My fiancée and I wanted to look at some mattresses and see what we liked, and Gerrit was amazing! He showed us some really nice mattresses and helped us with everything we needed. Purple was a little out of our budget, but we absolutely loved their mattresses! 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I had a fun experience at the Purple store in Orem! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease, thanks to the two reps who helped us. They were professional and knowledgeable without being pushy—exactly what we were looking for. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere where the staff is laid back and focused on what you want, rather than just making a sale. They patiently answered all of our questions and gave us the space to really test out the mattresses without rushing us or hovering. We never once felt pressured, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. On top of that, the store was clean, organized, and inviting, which only added to the great vibe. If you're in the market for a new mattress and want excellent service without any hassle, the Purple store in Orem is the place to go. We already have 2 purple mattresses at home but today, we bought 2 cushions and a pillow. Highly recommended! 👍👍

went in to buy a pillow. they asked for my email address, and I said no. they said I had to give them an email address if I wanted to be able to return it. I begrudgingly agreed, and gave them an email address. I asked if they'd send me marketing emails, and the guy said no. today I started getting marketing emails from them. the pillow was $200, but it was a really nice pillow. he said it was 25% off if we got a mattress protector and sheets too. didn't mentioned the price on those at all, an extra $300 that I didn't want to spend. I wasn't really asked if I actually wanted them, I was just asked what color. I said I liked the gray the most and suddenly I was walking out with a mattress protector and sheets I didn't really want.

The showroom was a great way to find out which purple mattress I wanted. I was able to order it and get it delivered to my home. They give out tiny purple mattresses here which is cool. I highly recommend stopping by before you order a purple mattress online. Have four stars because it was a bit awkward having someone watch you lay down and test a mattress.

Sales staff is super helpful and friendly. They were very patient as we figured out what we liked and didn't like. They answered all our questions, no sales tactics or pressure. Very impressed.
