Mattress Firm Orem

Andrew was awesome!! We had a super annoying warranty claim but he made it painless and fantastic! He went above and beyond and really showed how much he cared about good customer service. Thanks, Andrew!

We went in today looking for a mattress and we had already been searching online. We appreciated that when we got there we were given the time to really walk around and look at things until we were ready to ask questions. Our questions were answered quickly And thoroughly. We were in and out within an hour. It was a great experience. We have gone to mattress firm in Orem before and we will keep going there as well.

The customer service is top tier and extremely knowledgeable with assisting my wife and I in purchasing the right mattress for our needs. Their financing plan can’t be beat and their delivery service team was incredibly fast and respectful of our home.

Jared was awesome, no-nonsense! Got us in and out and made us feel very welcomed. Made sure to let me know of any specials and made sure I had everything I needed. Very easy to work with.

There are two reasons for the stars. 1) Processing a warranty request was fast. 2) Jared was amazing. He communicated really well with us and was very helpful and sympathetic to our plight. But here's where the three stars were lost. We bought a purple mattress 3 years ago. The foam separated from the grid and the springs popped through. 1st lost start: We spent $2650 on the mattress with a 10 year warranty. To get the equivalent mattress today would cost us $3200. In my thinking, they should just do a trade for like items and not a store credit. 2nd lost start: The initial document from Mattress firm did not indicate that the ~$200 in sales tax would also be refunded. Luckily we got that figured out, but that shouldn't be something you have to ask for. 3rd Lost star: we still have to pay a $100 delivery fee to have the old mattress picked up and the new one delivered. I think that I will be direct from the manufacturer in the future to avoid Mattress Firm's ridiculous warranty handling.
