Hector helped me and my mother purchase a nice quality couch that we have been looking around for a couple months now . Hector energy was outstanding. Best Home Furniture & Mattress - Customer Service Feedback I'm really excited about the Product Quality & Great Customer Service I received from beginning to end! I had been desperately looking for two display cabinets for my living room. My home maintenance manager & I had been to several places: separately & together, but I still unable to find the cabinets with color matching & shelf height that I needed. My maintenance manager suggested we go to Best Home Furniture. The first thing! I noticed was the customer service. The greeting was genuine and I felt confident that they really wanted to know what I wanted and Pete went right to work to help me find it. Mr. Pete Delgado was professional and kind. I gave him my desired details for color and measurements and shared information about what I was looking for and he was able to find just what I was asking in his inventory. Hector (salesman) is exceptional! He’s not pushy at all…he listens, gives honest recommendations, and really tries his best to meet your needs. His communication is top-tier. From the moment I purchased the couch to the day it was delivered, he kept me updated the whole time. There was a delivery delay (which wasn’t his fault), but Hector was very transparent and even showed me the receipts explaining what was going on. Because of the delay, he also gave me a complimentary rug that matches the couch perfectly and looks amazing in my home. I honestly don’t know many salespeople who go this far above and beyond for their customers. Lastly, the 3 gentlemen who delivered the items were great as well. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, set up the couch, and placed the rug too. To management: these 4 gentlemen deserve a raise! Great service and a great team!!!!

Excellent customer service! The manager (Hector)went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for and at a fraction of the price of some of the larger name stores. Very friendly, prompt and never was pushy. They delivered exactly when they said they would, were in constant communication throughout the process,and the delivery and set up team was quick, efficient,and cleaned up behind themselves as if they were never there. We will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future.

We were very satisfied with the customer service we received! Pete is very knowledgeable and was able to guide my mother in purchasing the right living room set. The fact that he spoke Spanish was a plus! Delivery went very smooth and the guys were very professional. We will definitely be coming back!
