I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Ishmael. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about all the products, and took the time to walk me through different options without any pressure. What I really appreciated was that he encouraged me to spend as much time as I needed trying out each bed until I felt completely confident in my choice. His patience and thoughtful suggestions made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

We bought a bed here, had exceptional service with Luis. We realized that the bed we bought ended up being to firm, causing us some body aches. We came back to replace it for a softer bed, we were able to find the bed we ended up taking home. Hector was very helpful in explaining different beds and gave us a very good discount for us ending up replacing the old bed and threw complementary pillows on the house too. Amazing services, really promote customer service and they want to make sure the customer gets the bed that is right for them. I would recommend this place for anyone needing to buy a new bed. They will help you out if you need to replace it. They will also take the old bed for you and replace with the new bed.

The Sales person was great and knowledgably. Did't take long to find what we wanted and get out of there!
