I just had the most wonderful experience at the Mattress Firm location on Grand Parkway in Katy, Texas. David Wilkerson was our Sleep Expert (so much more than a salesperson!), and he was amazing! He made sure he understood what we were looking for, and our budget, and immediately led us to a great selection. He gave careful explanations along the way, and was very patient with us.
Mattress buying is an infrequent, but expensive experience. We were so delighted to meet and work with David. He made the entire process fun and easy. And he followed up, just like he said he would! We could not be more satisfied with our purchase and experience. Thank you David!
