Fantastic experience with Glenda!! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. She really listed to what I was looking for, and her guidance was thoughtful and spot on. She let me take as long as I needed so I could make just the right choice. No rush, no pressure. Exceptional service (and patience!).

I just had an amazing experience purchasing a new mattress and bed frame at the Best Matress store on W Charleston and S Durango. The salesperson, Cameron, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He practically bent over backwards to ensure I had an amazing experience. I typically hate working with sales people, I often find them to be pushy and disingenuous. Cameron was not only an exception to that rule, but truly exceptional. If the mattress is half as good as Cameron, it will be the best mattress I ever owned.

Went to Best Mattress to get my mom a new mattress since the one she bought elsewhere started sinking after only six months. Cameron was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. We’re hoping this new mattress stays firm and doesn’t disappoint. Great customer service so far.

Cameron was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and gives great guidance on his own personal experiences. We were very glad to have walked in today and make a purchase. (we were not intending to make a purchase for at least 6 months). He definely loves his job and ensures his customers leave happy. Thank you Cameron!!!

We have been shopping and looking at mattresses for months. We met Cameron, who instantly greeted us. We were stuck between tow, he explained in detail the differences in the mattresses. Cameron was so patient but we couldn’t make up our mind and said we will think about it. We We returned to his store two months later and he remembered us. We went back to the two mattresses and again he explained the differences and did not persuade us in away way or push us towards the most expensive one. We finally bought one! Thank you Cameron for everything! You made me the experience very positive and easy!
