Best Mattress Value Center

Purchased a mattress last week at the Nellis location. The salesman Adam was there. He was amazing! He gave us all information on the brands we were looking at, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each and what would be best for our needs. No hurrying or hard sell just so down-to-earth and courteous. Mattress was due to be delivered tomorrow but I called him today just to see if they had received it in there warehouse and if so if they could deliver it today. He checked on it and called me back 5 minutes later and said it would be here this afternoon. I couldn't believe he acted so quickly and got it done. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for any style or level of mattress. If you are a veteran, they also give a discount. Just ask!

Dave was an amazing salesperson and helped me tremendously with my purchase. He was very accommodating and made sure that my purchase was to my liking! I purchased a floor model mattress as well as an adjustable base during Black Friday and have been loving my items. The delivery was fast, efficient, and smooth. I would purchase a mattress again from Best Mattress and Dave if I need one!

This was the best purchase experience I’ve had in a long time from walking in the store I was greeted the store is clean the decision purchasing everything was really quick next day delivery amazing they came in polite took out the old boxspring remove the slats install the new foundation so quick so polite this was a really great experience

I'd like to thank Natasha, for her service, I had walked in a week before thinking the store closed at 9:00, poor thing she was extremely sick, I had seen a bed with on sale for a great price, I had told her that I wanted to buy it but wasn't going to have the money until the next week, she gave me her word, that she would honor me the price, well the day I finally went in I was in luck the bed 🛌 was even lower then the price I had seen, from the days before, by $50.00. So either way I was still going to get a great deal, and I'm glad she's feeling better, I don't remember the gentleman who was working with her that day, but he's a great guy also, delivery guy big Anthony little Anthony, great service, when they delivered my new 🛌, is is Mt 3rd bed from mattress firm. Thank you, Victor J Saldaña.
