Best Mattress

Donna was friendly, courteous and helpful. She didn't try to sell what she thought was best. Instead she listened attentively and showed me appropriate mattresses. It was easy to make a good choice. She also offered an appreciated discount. I left feeling comfortable and confident in my purchase.

Do not buy a mattress here. They will scam you out of your $$$, deliver you something that you didn’t buy, and break their promise of an exchange. My mother spent almost 4K on a mattress that, when she finally got it delivered to her, felt nothing like what she tried in the store. She gave it a few weeks and asked to exchange it. They came to her apartment, without her new mattress, with very dirty shoes and gloves on to pick it up. They came back and claimed that there was a “problem” and they pointed out a small dust stain in the shape of a foot. They refused to exchange the mattress. My mother is stuck with a mattress that was either dirty when it was delivered to her, or that was stepped on. After making Best Mattress aware of this, customer service came back to her, saying that the mattress had “dark brown/yellow smeared stains in several places” (Picture of the mattress taken on that day is included below). She has had this mattress for a couple of weeks, and had the matching mattress protector with it! They are scamming her. Please do not go here to buy a mattress. We are getting in contact with consumer protection agencies and consulting a lawyer with the proof we have. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you. Do not shop here.
