I had a great experience at Bi-Rite Furniture! From the moment I walked in, the service was welcoming and helpful. Our salesperson, Hollywood, was amazing—very knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my kids. I purchased a trundle bed and mattress, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Hollywood made sure I understood all my options and helped me choose something that was both comfortable and practical. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and my kids absolutely love their new bed! I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely be coming back for future purchases. I purchased a Full-size bed, mattress and box spring online and paid an additional $99 for Delivery. I received Same-day delivery. The delivery guys were professional and they unboxed and set-up the bed within minutes. My issue with Bi-Rite furniture was the next day a sales rep named Andy called me asking for me to send a picture of my Driver’s License for PayPal Authorization. I informed him I did not use PayPal and my purchase was done directly through the Merchant online yesterday and the purchase was already debited from my account. That made me very uncomfortable and raised concern. I did not provide my Driver’s License. I called back to speak to the Owner but I was told he was not in so I asked to speak to a Store Manager on duty at which time I was told to call back in 15 minutes. I decided to go in person to the store and I was greeted by a Salesman named Willie. Upon my request to speak to the Owner he told me the owner was not available. I asked for a Manager but he walked me to an office to speak to a lady named Amy. I told her my reason for coming in store and explained my reservations I have regarding sending a picture of my Driver’s License the next day after my online purchase. There should be a disclaimer online saying Photo identification is required to purchase furniture from their online website. I hope the Owner addresses the matter with the store employees. The call I received from his salesman seemed like an attempt to Fraud and scam me.

This was my very first time leasing furniture, and I’m so glad I chose Bi Rite Furniture. A good friend referred me here, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! I came in one day, fell in love with several items, but wasn’t able to purchase that same day. I came back on Memorial Day, and I’m so happy I did. Tavo assisted me the entire time and was very professional, patient, and helpful. I honestly didn’t want to work with anyone else! Ivan was also great and helpful this process. Everyone there was welcoming and professional while showing me all the amazing items they had available. I got a really great deal, and since this was my first time leasing furniture, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The best part was that I was able to walk out with my items and even have them delivered the very same day!! which completely surprised me in the best way possible! If you’re looking for furniture and excellent customer service, Bi Rite Furniture is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Today we were helped by William "Big Willy," who was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we entered. He showed us your selection of sofas and was both personable and attentive to our specific needs and preferences. The pieces felt solid and were at a comfortable height. I needed to replace my mattresses and decided after visiting their showroom to purchase from these guys. JB was my salesman and very helpful and patient since I’m an analytical type buyer. They gave me an amazing deal on a BeautyRest Black Queen L Class mattress and put me over the top to pull the trigger with their 0% interest for 12 months.
