From the moment we walked into the door until the day after delivery. Gallery Furniture personal and Mack have been top notch. We received a personalized video from Mack and then incredible help from Steve the store manager about our furniture and details. Finally the delivery guys Sam and Ray were just as nice and helpful. We have highly recommended Gallery Furniture to our friends and family. It's worth it!! I also think that many business owners should take lessons from Mack and his crew on customer service. Incredible job team!!

His insights into the furniture selection were spot-on, and he took the time to answer all our questions with genuine care. To make the experience even more special, our living room furniture manufacturer was on-site and gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how Mayo furniture is built. It was fascinating to hear about the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every piece. And the cherry on top? We got to meet Mattress Mack himself! He was warm, welcoming, and truly embodies the spirit of customer service. My daughter was super excited and he took a photo with her. No pressure, just honest information and real quality—even if prices are a little higher, it’s worth it. Same-day delivery was amazing. Jalen and Jordan were fast, professional, and respectful. They even installed my son’s bed and, seeing he’s a basketball player, challenged us to a quick game! They gave my son tips and encouragement—above and beyond service you just don’t see anywhere else. Gallery Furniture is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!
