Big Sandy Superstore - Evansville

Big Sandy Superstore was a fantastic experience. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and not overbearing. Tim in mattresses answered all our questions and was honest about the quality and longevity of the mattresses we were looking at. Mark in appliances talked us through several different washers and dryers, showing us different features and discussing pros and cons of each because we were so undecided. He was also helpful with the stove and refrigerator we chose. My wife and I left the store feeling good about our purchases and will certainly be returning.

My husband and I came into the store Tuesday afternoon and were met at the door by friendly face. His name was Max introduced himself right away and asked us what he could do to help us out. He took us into the right direction. We made a purchase while reviewing the purchase we also saw a very cool recliner massage chair that we were interested in. He showed us how to use them in convinced us. We definitely needed it so we we purchased both. Thank you for all your help and being so kind.

Big Sandy Superstore has a HUGE variety of things to choose from. And many different price points. Go ask for Kelli. She is fantastic. Very helpful, but not a helicopter. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Will definitely be back when we need something in the future. Delivery was also super simple. All of the gentlemen who delivered were very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy setup. Absolutely ZERO complaints.

We had an amazing experience at Big Sandy's. From the time we entered the store, we were greeted by Max Frederick. He explained current sales and directed us to the area where products were that we wanted to look at. No pressure to buy and just let us look around. Once we found what we were interested in, Max help with moving items around so we could picture what the furniture and assessories would look like when put together. Max did a great job explaining the delivery process, made our purchasing experience smooth, and ensured we were comfortable with our purchase. Max's customer service was top notch and recommend that you speak to Max when you go to Big Sandy's
