Big Sandy Superstore

I had the best experience yesterday evening, I found the piece of furniture that has everything I wanted and a little extra, like the neck adjustment. I have been searching for over two months for the perfect sectional and finally found it. The staff was so friendly and helpful every one of them worked together to get me financed with the 12 months no interest. Also the rebate was great and helped me to be able to afford the extended warranty. The store closed at six but they stayed until after 6:30 pm to help get me financed. I will definitely be purchasing from this store in the future for all my furniture needs. Thanks Big Sandy’s and Staff.

Review for Big Sandy Superstore Rating: 5/5 Stars I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Big Sandy Superstore. The delivery team was outstanding—professional, efficient, and exceptionally careful with my furniture throughout the entire process. Not only were they punctual, ensuring my items arrived exactly when scheduled, but they also maintained a very pleasant and helpful attitude. They handled every detail of the setup with care, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and reliability. Nick was fantastic to work with for our latest Big Sandy purchase. I can not wait for our dining room table to be delivered. We have purchased several items from Big Sandy and have been very happy with all aspects of each sale. Nick was great to work with, efficient, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We have done a lot of browsing, and we enjoy the overall feeling of the Big Sandy store in Huber Heights. Our dining table was delivered this past week and once again the crew from Big Sandy did a terrific job. My alerts tell me Christian was the delivery driver. My husband was home to accept the delivery and he has nothing but praise for the guys bringing the furniture in and actually assembling the table. They were courteous, polite and efficient, leaving no mess behind. Thank You again Big Sandy and crew!!

Devon was tremendously helpful and very easy to work with. The store itself is beautiful, with a great mix of more contemporary designs. It's nice to see the different levels of quality available, and that some of this furniture is American made. I highly recommend this store.

We had the exact experience and his tour was fantastic, Devon very patient and accommodating helped us and guided us in such a way as to choose the best product. My nephew loved the massage chairs, they are a good product too. Thank you, I hope to receive my order soon thanks you
