Big Sandy Superstore - Dayton

Shopping for furniture at the Big Sandy Superstore was very pleasant experience. Steve let me brouse thru the store on my own, while I sat in 15 different couches and recliners, and gave me absolutely no pressure sales pitch. After I decided what I wanted, I looked up Steve and got his card. Came back next day with my husband and daughter, and Steve again gave us plenty time to decide what we liked. He was very helpful with pricing, discounts and financing . It was a wonderful experience and I DEFINITELY recommended Steve Metzgar for new purchases to my family and friends.

I stopped in to buy a new washer and dryer and was signed, sealed, and scheduled for delivery within 25 mins. We were greeted at the door and escorted to the area where we could look at washers and dryers. Almost immediately we were greeted by Nick who asked a few questions to help narrow down our search and got us out the door for less than what I told him I was budgeted for. This was the easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made. We have always purchased our appliances from Best Buy where we stand around for 20 mins waiting for someone to help us and then they don’t really have answers to our questions. We will definitely be back for kitchen appliances soon!!

Tyler and Steve were extremely helpful and kind during our visit today. Tyler helped us make our bundled appliance purchase for our new house. The process was super simple and he was able to answer all of our questions.

Fantastic experience with Richard and Big Sandy today, only four stars so far because this is my first time I’ve purchased, but it was enjoyable!! And WOW talk about choices! And for us photographers a feast lol.

After seeing ads on tv I went to Big Sandy to purchase a new mattress and adjustable base. David waited on me. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands and had me try them out. David was very courteous and was patient with my questions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a mattress and base and was very impressed with their policies and service. Will definitely make Big Sandy my go to store for all future furniture and appliance needs!
