It is an overpriced bin store. The store is not well organized the good stuff is on the walls and has a very high price for stuff you cannot return. It is a risk buying anything in this store. I would recommend not wasting time atbthis store.

I bought a love seat and a sofa from elite with the help of Claudia and everything went smoothly. We received our purchase about 5 days before the delivery date (they called the confirm beforehand). We love our new couches and everyone who comes to visit says the same. The price was also fair. I recommend elite.

I was treated so rudely, unfriendly, rudely and disrespectfully at a "Black Friday Deals" in Manassas, Virginia. I was happily and cheerfully preparing to make a purchase when suddenly a salesperson shouted at me and said "Don't open the box like that or you'll have to buy it" and made me feel embarrassed as if I had done something I didn't. I felt rude and politely asked "Why are you talking to me like that?" and another salesperson said the same thing and told me to get out of there if I was going to make a fuss. The salespeople here not only have customer service issues but they treat customers like potential thieves and bullies. 이곳은 추천을 할 수가 없는 곳이다. 손님을 잠정 도둑으로 생각하고 대하기 때문에 어떠한 편리나 좋은 서비스를 기대 하기는 힘들다.

Many of the negative reviews were for the previous store that sat in this site which was a furniture store. It's now one of those amazon return centers where they sell returned amazon products for super cheap. Went in there only once recently on one of their $2 days. I was really expecting it to be like the last one that was here where by that time it would just be a bunch of broken and empty boxes or things that no one wanted. But i was surprised to see not only were all the tables still REALLY full of items but still good items. They had a section blocked off where you could see them restocking for the coming friday and there was a lot of really decent stuff that I could make out. Lots of name brand stuff. With how packed it was on the $2 day I can't imagine what this place looks like on Friday morning after restock. Just be warned if you have an allergy or sensitivity to perfume this is not going to be a fun place. They have a table of perfume for sale on top of the I believe Indian (don't quote me) perfume they sell behind the counter. Because of this the places smells heavily of it and you will come out smelling like the perfume even if you didn't touch it. staff was friendly and it looks like in the back they have a testing area where you can make sure the product is what it says it is.

Do not shop here. They constantly falsely advertise on Facebook products that are not actually available to bait you in. Be sure to check your surcharge percentage on your debit and/credit card purchases. They speak rude to all customers but Hispanic ones. They have placed items in other boxes and sold it claiming it was a brand named item when it actually wasn't. Check to ensure you "Apple" products are apple products.
