Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

My family and I are so impressed! The sales rep who greeted us was named Wilson and he was fantastic. He answered all of our questions but did not pressure us and gave us our space but was fully available the entire time we were there. He was so respectful and helpful. We feel like we got such great furniture and the selection was fantastic. We didn’t even know until the end that the furniture comes with a five-year warranty that covers spills and stains, etc. To be honest, I almost didn’t want to go to the store because of the name Bob’s discount I thought the furniture might be cheap. But my daughter insisted that we visit the store, and I’m so glad she did. And they are delivering in four days! Also, they have a little café with coffee and caramel creams and cookies and Tootsie rolls! And ice cream and smarties! We had such a fun time!

Scott noticed me wandering in and out of the store admiring this chair, it was on the scratch and dent side and you see we had just bought our first home. So he without me asking negotiated with his manager an AMAZING price reduction on the already incredible priced chaise lounge chair!! we were extremely happy with our purchase there with him he made it the EASIEST and quickest purchase. I felt like I was talking to a good friend rather than someone trying to upsell me on every thing. Best part is I felt like I won the lottery walking out of there with his customer service in remembering me later in the day and getting me that deal that should be what its all about, taking the extra second to remember a customer and be friendly/positive with them!

Ali in Manassas was wonderful. We had never been to Bob's before and he was extremely professional and friendly. Gave us space to roam, helped answer questions, created an online cart for us to complete the check out once we made sure of measurements. The customer service at the Manassas location is by far the best we've received from other nearby competitor furniture stores. We will definitely come here again!

This was my first visit to Bob’s Furniture. My mom and I went in to check out what the had to offer. Immediately we were greeted by Scott who listens to us and directed us to the sofa styles we were looking for. He was professional, patient and funny at times. The overall experience was positive, especially when the manager on duty heard my mom saying that Smarties were her favorite childhood candy…he immediately brought over a huge canister for her to grab as many as she wanted. We walked away with the perfect selection for my new home.

I was helped by Pamela. She greeted me with a smile and was able to help me find a living room set for my daughter. She was patient and answered every question that I had. If she didn’t know the answer, she asked for help. The experience was wonderful. I didn’t feel any pressure nor was I rushed. My daughter loves the set and so do I. Because of Pamela, I will return the next time I need furniture. Thank you Pamela for a wonderful shopping experience.
