My wife and I had a really good experience at this mattress store. We ended up buying a Tempur-Pedic, and Ihab and Basem made the process much easier. Ihab was very nice, welcoming, and enthusiastic, which made us feel comfortable right away. Basem was very patient and took his time explaining the different mattress options, discounts, and details so we could understand everything clearly before making our decision. They answered our questions, gave us the information we needed, and helped us make a decision without feeling rushed.
