Spencer did a great job helping us find the perfect set of end tables. He was excellent at showing us Blacker’s extensive inventory and even checked surrounding stores to aid in our search. We left with a pair of end tables that we absolutely love for our house and he and another associate even carried them out to my truck. I highly recommend Blacker’s and working with Spencer for all your home furnishing needs.
View on GoogleHi Blacker's. Stopped by and got Tracy to show me the beds. Found one in about 5 minutes. Ask her to write it up and in 15 more minutes it was sold. Back out again. It is a wonderful experience to be able to do that in a home town store. Love Blacker's could just be lucky but every time I need something they always seem to have it. Thanks Tracy.
View on GoogleWe purchased a set of leather furniture pieces from Blacker's in October 2025. Blacker's called on delivery day and let us know that there was a small slice in the back panel of the couch, and assured us that if we accepted the couch, they would order a replacement panel and have it repaired. The timeline was said to be about 6 - 8 weeks. Today, in mid February, we are told that it has not arrived and could be 6-8 months. Totally unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Update: The replacement piece arrived and was promptly and professionally installed. Although the process took much longer than we were told, the company has followed through and solved the issue.
