Idaho Mattress Outlet - Idaho Falls - Woodruff Ave

Great value and customer service by Jacob! I scored the Memorial Day sale for the mattress I needed and wanted! Thank you!

Sophie was so helpful with our purchase. She made sure we were well matched with a mattress that would fit both of our needs. We went to another place first and all they showed us were the pricier ones that were way out of our budget. She was so kind and friendly, it made our experience so much better. Edited to add: We had purchased a foundation/frame but needed to come back the next day to pick up. We were offered a frame from a family member and no longer needed the purchased one. Went back the next day to return it and were told that all sales are final-no refunds, which was in the back of the receipt, but we had no idea of that policy prior to purchase. Even though we didn't even have the frame in our possession, they would not refund us for it. The gentleman I talked to was nice about it, but I'm upset we weren't informed of that prior to payment. Maybe it was posted in the store, but with a no refund policy I wish it was verbally pointed out.

I was from out of state, and the owner was good enough to help me out, my boat cover ripped and he sewed it for me right away while I waited for it. I highly recommend him and his good people to work with. I highly recommend them! and a great price!

I worked with Jake to purchase a new mattress, and I have to say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jake is extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses on the market and explains them in a clear and professional way. What impressed me most was that he focused on what I actually needed rather than trying to upsell features or push more expensive models. Once I shared my target budget and upper limit, he stayed inside that range and ultimately secured a deal for me on the lower end — during Black Friday pricing no less, which made the overall value incredible. It’s rare to find someone in sales who says, “These higher-priced models exist, but you don’t need them,” and genuinely means it. Jake respects your time, listens to your priorities, and guides you toward the best solution instead of the most expensive one. I would 100% recommend both Jake and the store. If you want a smooth experience, honest guidance, and the confidence that someone is looking out for your best interests financially, Jake is the person to work with. Highlights: Extremely professional and knowledgeable Stayed within budget (no upsell pressure) Focused on what I actually needed Excellent deal and overall value Highly trustworthy

Jacob was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable with more than just the mattresses. He gave use great training on our adjustable base that we bought over 8 years ago! Now I know how to get the right alignment on my body to receive the most comfort while sleeping! If you need a new mattress, ask for Jacob and you will walk away very pleased with your purchase!
