Idaho Mattress Outlet - Idaho Falls - Lincoln Rd

James and Ty were very helpful. My daughter has been losing sleep because of a bad back. She was able to lie down on the mattress without being in a lot of pain. The cost was amazing. I received the best value for my money (and we did comparisons). Thank you James and Ty.

Ty was great online live chatting. Asked detailed questions to make sure he knew what we were looking for. He made sure I was fully informed, with knowing there were options in store and a possibility of ordering. When arriving at the store he greeted us professionally and kindly. He was very knowledgeable on what questions to ask us to make sure we had the most comfort with our new mattress. He was happy to answer all questions. I would highly suggest family and friends to do their shopping with him.

Ty was so kind and helpful and one.of the best salesmen I've ever worked with! I'm so excited to work wirh him again when my daughter gets her new mattress! Even when he wasn't feeling well! Thank you Ty for everything you helped us with!

Ty from Idaho mattress outlet was a complete rockstar and was very helpful. Wasn't a typical salesman trying to pressure us into up sale totally meet our needs that was suited best for us. Recommend going in and seeing him 100%

Love this place! The inventory at this location is totally different from the one off of Woodruff so check them both out. Their mattresses are awesome but you should really check out their pricing on adjustable bases and pillows!
