Blu Dot

Richard and team are the absolute best. Whether its design, customer service or coordinating details like pickups - I feel like the BluDot Dallas team really delivers. Huge shout out to a fun team that has made decorating my home an absolute dream. thanks!

Walked in the store & said hello , the lady working just looked at me & went back to her computer. Just very unprofessional, you work in retail idk maybe it’s your job to start with a hello & ask the customers that come in & that know nothing about the company & kind of guide them or give them some idea with what the store is about . Just little advice . We gotta do our job better.

Very obvious lack of customer experience from the moment I walked through the door. Not speaking when someone walks through the doors but staring at me the whole time, especially when I said hello first. Immediate weird vibes. It's basic manners and customers service especially since the store was empty. It was my first time in and I doubt I'll be back.

Went in to get some help with styling my new apartment, Story was super helpful with narrowing down my options and giving me insight! Story made sure to really take into consideration my personal preference and was great with picking out options I needed. Will definitely be back! :)

I need to give a huge shout-out to Richard at Blu Dot. He was so down-to-earth and went above and beyond to help in a hiccup I had during the delivery process. Thanks to him, I'm now writing this review from the Blu Dot sofa in my guest room. Cheers, Richard!
