Chandra was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Great to be able to see appliance models in person. Delivery and installation were very professional and I would highly recommend Bob Miller’s.

I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with my stove and Michelle at Bob Millers was incredibly nice and helpful. Since they weren't able to get out to look at my stove for a week, she suggested a couple things to check and she was right! What a great business model they have of just making sure, to the best of their ability, that people are taken care of. Kudos to Michelle and the Bob Miller team.

I purchased appliances from various department stores, including Home Depot and Menards, but was dissatisfied with the product and service. The extended warranty process was particularly frustrating, requiring excessive documentation, such as photographs and serial numbers. In contrast, my experience with Bob Millers was exceptional, featuring outstanding customer service, efficient delivery, and courteous staff. The delivery team was notably polite, taking the time to explain the setup process and ensuring a seamless experience. I would never ever again !! by another appliance from those department stores ever again

We had an awesome experience with Bob Miller's Appliance! Kevin was super helpful and patient with us on the floor, going over the pros and cons of each appliance. He helped us feel confident and informed about our purchases. Then the delivery team, Luis and Dranoel, were equally professional, skilled, and patient. They took plenty of time to make sure our kitchen appliances were delivered in spotless condition and installed so that every detail was right. We're really thankful for everyone's help! Great service all around.
