Super customer service and KT (our sales rep.) helped us get all discounts available for 3 bed sets we purchased for our new house. Really comfortable beds! Great experience all the way through the process. Great value!
View on GoogleWe went into the store as new customers but walked out as new members of the Mattress Firm family! Megan and KT were simply Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish they helped us every step of the way to making a final decision on the best bed (investment) for us. They were full of product knowledge and they listed to our needs and were able to offer helpful suggestions. If you are in the market for a new bed or mattress, I Highly Recommend going into the Ireland Road location and letting Megan & KT assist you too!
View on GoogleKT was super helpful with ordering my new Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt adjustable bed. We are very excited for it to get here in a few days. KT showed me all of the adjustable features of our new bed, that will help us sleep much better, and wake up feeling great. KT also made sure I know he is merely a text or phone call away if I need anything. 5 star experience with KT at the South Bend Indiana store!
