We met this wonderful person named Ola… At the time we didn’t know he was a manager, but he was so informative, happy and professional. I told him I was looking for a specific part for a lamp and he had a wonderful idea about looking in the back in the clearance area. Amazing I found a one dollar lamp that had the piece that I was looking for, and I got a bonus lampshade hola was fantastic. Everybody should go to the store in Mishawaka just to meet him. He’s the best.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alex absolutely went above and beyond helping me with my new La-Z-Boy recliner. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. What impressed me most was that she even helped load the chair, which was unexpected and very appreciated. Great customer service is hard to find, and Alex truly cared about making sure I left happy.
