I would like to thank Bobs furniture for renovating my whole home. I’ll be getting a brand new couches for the second time. I will be getting all my children bedroom that also I’m getting as well. Came here to get a bed for my son since his previous one broke. The lady immediately brought us to the more expensive bed frames while I chose out a full mattress since the bed can not be too big due to it being in our small living room. After we were figuring out what we were ordering, my daughter found a smaller day bed with a twin trundle that I found my self fascinated with due to the little space it takes while technically being two beds. I told the lady helping us I wanted that one. Before when ordering the more expensive bed frame, she asked me various questions about the mattress, the warranty, and the goof plan, but she did not ask me any with this new bed. She just added it to my order and canceled the other frame. She did not tell me more about the day bed or the twin trundle, and we made plans for payment. The first issue was she did not confirm if it was in fact my email on the document. This resulted in me not receiving a receipt of any kind or being informed of what I was paying. The bed was shipped a couple of days later, and received by my youngest daughter. She and her grandma waited while it was assembled and my daughter noticed that the bed seemed mismatching outside. She decided to peek at the boxes to see if it said gray, and both boxes said gray. Due to Bob’s wonderful furniture refund or exchange policies, nothing could be done about this. But the thing that has really annoyed me the most about this experience is the fact that I was not informed at all that a mattress for the twin trundle was not included. I was just made to pay for the bed, did not get asked any questions or was given any clarification and was asked to sign some documents. We even left the store unsure of the payments and when they would happen. It just seemed the lady was displeased with me for changing my mind and no longer thought much of me. I usually have wonderful experiences here, but this one was just so bad I’m wondering if it is even the same store. Please do better.

Shopping at Bobs discount was a very nice experience. I found what I wanted and needed within 1hr.Assistance was readily available to help me and I appreciated that. I definitely will return to buy more furniture.They have such a great selection of different items.

I went into the store with a couch set in mind. The sales associate Corina was very knowledgeable on that specific product and showed me other similar options. Corina let me know of different financing options and made the application process super easy and understandable. The associate Ana took care of the final financing steps and was also super helpful & knowledgeable. Both associates made my purchase enjoyable and I’m so glad I went in the store!
