I am a Buddhist who has been practicing meditation for 20 years. I know that hard mattresses are very good for the back and spine, so when I lived in Asian countries, I always used palm mattresses. I didn't hesitate and bought the 8-inch Cambay Mattress. It was delivered to my home on the same day. I slept all night last night and was very happy. I think this is the most valuable purchase I have made in the past 20 years, and it is worth the money I spent. My feelings: 1. Only with comparison can you feel it. My back has a sense of relaxation after long-term fatigue. When I lie on the mattress, I feel that my back has never been relaxed before. It is a comfortable feeling after long-term fatigue. I meditate for a long time, and my back must be straight. I also sit for a long time to read books, so my waist and back are in a tight state for a long time. I didn't notice the long-term fatigue. Only when I lay on the new mattress, I realized that my back was cured. 2. Quality. Well-made, the feel of cotton is absolutely top-notch and comfortable. 3. Hardness. Compared with the two palm mats I used in Asia, I think Palmpring gives me a more comfortable hardness. Although I bought the hardest one, I still feel that it has good elasticity and is very comfortable when sitting on it. I used to wake up frequently during the night, but ever since I started using the Colva model, I’ve been sleeping soundly. My husband has back pain and usually feels uncomfortable on other mattresses, but with this one, he keeps saying, “This is amazing!
