Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Came to Bob’s to look at sofas with my partner after finding the store on the map. We just had lunch down the street and wanted to get some ideas. I honestly wasn’t expecting to leave with a purchase. Lina greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked what we were looking for. I loved that she told us where everything was located and that she was available if we needed assistance. She gave us some space to browse. We sat on a few options and Lina was very helpful throughout our visit. I spotted a white sofa towards the back of the store. We hung out on it and realized it was what we were looking for. The recline ability is amazing so that was what sold us. Lina explained the purchasing and delivery options. Before we knew it we were approved for financing. Thank you so much Lina for your amazing customer service and warm personality! Thanks Bob’s Furniture! We’re so excited for our new addition to our home.

I had the absolute best experience this time around at Bobs!! Gina was so kind, professional, informative and patient with us! She went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! As my husband and I walked through the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile and an offer to show us around the store.We declined because we had been there the weekend before and knew what we were looking for and were it was in the store. After making a few final decisions we approached the gentleman who had greeted us on our way in and told him what we wanted. It turned out that we had been greeted by the store manager Emmett and he gave us a great deal on the pair of recliners that we wanted. He was very polite and personable and a pleasure to work with.
