The sales experience was great; no pushy tactics, variety and quality was good and the sale associate was giving us ideas and showing us things not currently on display but available. We even met Bob the owner; he was nice guy and worked well and cordially with the staff. A present and active owner is exactly the kind of business I want to support.

My husband and I recently purchased a mattress from here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but the staff made the process so easy. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. We never felt pressured, and every question we had was answered honestly and thoroughly. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. David and Chris went ABOVE & BEYOND! We love our new mattress and are so thankful for the time and care they put into helping us make the right choice. We highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and a team that truly cares about their customers!

Horrible experience. We chose white glove delivery and at no fault of the delivery guys we got a broken console and a piece is missing to our recliner sectional. The customer service line is a JOKE! Now we are waiting to hear back about them getting us replacements on a $3400 purchase!

This store was 30 mins away from my home, but well worth traveling to. Our specialist, David was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Bob, the manager was nice as well. Can't wait for our furniture to arrive so we can enjoy it. Always easy when shopping at Bob's!

I shopped online but actually called for assistance at the Merriam store Stephanie the store Associate took plenty of time helping me complete my order for a lift recliner and lift deluxe classic bed to be delivered. Very pleased with my purchase experience I am certain I will be pleased with the white glove delivery I ordered with it and the protection plan I definitely got I have never seen as good a plan as they have so it's a must-have in my opinion. Bob's Discount Furniture is "Rocking It"!
