Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The shop is large and, in my opinion, has a wide range of high-quality furniture. We were looked after very well by the sales assistant, who was patient and very attentive. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because of an incident where other sales assistants in the shop were laughing and making fun of us; I found that completely unnecessary and very unprofessional on their part. But apart from that, our experience was good

Had a good time choosing my couch. The sales person was very helpful - gave us space to browse, and didn’t try to push anything on us.

Maybe My BOB’s experience would’ve been better BUT THE DELIVERY!!! BEWARE if they don’t have all the parts to your furniture! This will be 3 YES 3 Times we have yet to receive our DELIVERY! Let me tell you it’s not ok to me! for any reason not to know why all the pieces are not Thier! after the FIRST MISTAKE ! Disappointed !! Will not be using this store again because they offered no help in fixing it Imagine 3 times they unloaded and reloaded saying oh it’s not all here! Don’t say I didn’t warn you ! Hey BOB’s where my bed

I had a great experience at Bob’s thanks to the excellent service from David. He was wonderful, attentive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. After I told him which bedroom set I was interested in, he quickly and efficiently guided me to the exact set on the showroom floor. He made everything easy and seamless, and he also connected me with the right person to take care of the financing. This was my third purchase with Bob’s, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. The service is always professional, helpful, and efficient. I have recommended Bob’s to family and friends in the past and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you, David, for making the process smooth and enjoyable!

BOBS Furniture on Route 1 in Saugus is the place to go. I've made 4 furniture orders with them so far in the past 3 years. Both the process and people have been great from start to finish. Especially Timmy. I have dealt with him all 4 times and he is a 10/10 star. HIGHLY Recommend for your furniture needs.
