Sean was very consultative and helpful during our appointment. I did some research online and was happy to try what I thought we wanted. Trying the mattress out is so important! We ended up with something even better all due to Sean’s terrific advice!
View on GoogleGreat experience from start to finish! I called the store on a Thursday and Pearl "like the gemstone!" answered. He was really friendly and took the time to walk me through all my options over the phone. Walked in on a Saturday and Pearl helped us pick out a mattress, topper, and pillow. He was super helpful the whole time and made the process easy. This shop is cozy and relaxing, and I loved that no one rushed us and that they gave us space to explore. When we had questions about how their stock compared to other options we'd tried (Purple), another team member, Michael, was more than happy to offer sound and objective points of view. I had a small hiccup with my payment confirmation, but Pearl and a 3rd team member, Sean (I hope I got the name right!) jumped right in and got me connected with customer service. We left the store with their reassurance, and true to their word, Bruce from Helix customer service called me back about an hour later and sorted everything out quickly. Really happy with the service I got. These guys know their stuff and actually care about helping you find what you need. They offer nationwide delivery as well. My order needs to get to the West Coast - remains to be seen how long that'll take to process, but if my experience so far is anything to go by, hopefully that goes smoothly too. View on GoogleI had such a great time at this store! The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and just made the whole experience really enjoyable. Everything was organized and easy to browse. What made it even better was how kind and helpful the woman working there was. She made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! The beds were super comfortable! The massage chairs were incredible! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good vibes and great service!
View on GoogleI can promise you this is definitely “the place” to check out quality mattresses with the best prices, from Helix, MLILY, Brooklyn, and more! I got to meet Batel and Sean there, and they were super friendly and gave out plenty of information I would need to know about the mattresses I preferred. Plus, if you are looking for something cheaper they do have other options to try out, including open-box (discounted) mattresses. I forget to mention their massage chairs were amazing, I have never felt more relaxed from that experience. Come on down and check out Sleepare for the best and quality mattresses available!
