Jordan's Furniture Reading

Just a simple long weekend outing to Jordan's Furniture, and it turned out to be such a fun surprise! ❄️ With nothing much planned this winter, we thought we’d grab some ice cream and just walk around, but it became the perfect little adventure for the kids. Ice cream treats, zip lining, food, a beautiful fountain show, fun candy décor, and of course exploring all the furniture, everything turned into a mini family fun day! The kids absolutely loved it, and sometimes the simplest plans make the best memories.

We had an outstanding experience at Jordan’s Furniture thanks to Simon. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress. What really impressed us was his knowledge. No matter which bed we asked about, Simon knew every detail, from the construction and materials to how each mattress would feel and who it would be best for. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the differences between models, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Because of Simon’s expertise and guidance, we found the perfect bed for our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Exceptional customer service like his is hard to find these days. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Simon. I’ll absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who’s looking for a bed. Thank you, Simon, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy and enjoyable!

Scott was exceptionally helpful. We were just going to see what Jordans had for mattresses. Our intention was to shop around several stores prior to making a purchase. We both decided to buy 2 mattress & pillows after Scott had us both try out 3 different mattresses at 3 different prices. We opted for the most comfortable ignoring the price. Can't wait to receive delivery.

I just had to write a review from my experience on Sunday with Alexis Fertig @ Jordan's Furniture. What an outstanding person and sales representative. She is very kind, informed, patient and knowledgeable about the products that are carried. My husband and I went into browse around looking for a sofa/couch and a table and chair set. We had looked online and saw what we thought we wanted. When we went in we met Alexis. She just so happened to have bought the exact same table and chair set we were interested in. She explained why the product was a good one and how it would meet our needs. She was extremely patient in answering every (there were a lot) of our questions about both items we were interested in. She never made us feel pressured to buy and offer to go out of her way to help with anything we needed. We have bought before from Jordan's over the years and have had good experiences but this one was definitely the best one yet because of Alexis. We will be heading back to look into other products that we will need for our new place. We could've gone elsewhere but so glad we went to Jordan's. Good quality products and the best part is we got a good sale price on both items.

Always a wonderful shopping experience ! We worked with Carmello B again. He had helped us in the past and has always guided us well . A couple of years ago he helped us furniture our new home on the Cape . His advice was wonderful and we frequently comment on how well he guided us. Seemed natural to call on him again this time when we needed a new mattress and bed frames . Thank you Carmello ! Love working with you !
