Was about to order online when I saw there was a Dallas location and decided to give them a call.
I spoke with Dan, who answered probably 30 questions about their products, always very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to come in and work late, but Dan offered to drive it by our apartment in downtown Dallas after closing at 7 PM. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is!!!
So appreciative of your team going above and beyond for us. We will DEFINITELY come visit the store to shop in-person--I've been eyeing the dog beds after I saw they have those too!

I really love Boll & Branch. The simplicity and clean style along with high quality fabrics are a wonderful addition to any room. The customer service at the Mosaic location is great. If you are in the market for new bedding, pillows, etc. go check them out. Lelise and her colleagues will be happy to assist.

Boll & Branch sheets are a total game changer! They are located right here in my neighborhood near Knox and Travis Street, and for Christmas I asked for my very first set of Boll & Branch sheets. I had heard all the hype, but I wasn’t sure if they were really that good.
Well… they are. About 10 days into January, I washed them and put them on my bed, and OMG—it is all true. These sheets are soft, smooth, and feel like pure luxury. My bed feels better, my sleep feels better, and I am officially a huge fan.
If you want to upgrade your sleep and treat yourself to real comfort, Boll & Branch is worth it. I’m so glad I finally made the switch! 🛏️✨

I am writing to share my experience with a recent purchase from your store. My in-store visit was highly positive, thanks to the exceptional service provided by your sales associate, Denise. Her professionalism and assistance made the process of ordering a bed frame, mattress, sheets, and a blanket seamless and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, upon delivery, I was disappointed to find the bed frame in poor condition, which did not meet the quality standards I associate with Boll & Branch. I contacted the store and was informed that the issue would be addressed, and I subsequently received an email confirming a replacement frame. While I appreciate the steps taken to resolve the matter, I was surprised and disappointed not to receive a formal apology or direct communication from management regarding the condition of the delivered item. This experience fell short of my expectations for your brand.
I value the quality and reputation of Boll & Branch and hope this feedback can contribute to improving future customer experiences. Thank you for addressing the replacement, and I look forward to your response.

I'm in heaven in my bedding from Boll and Branch! Soft Signature sheets topped with my new waffle blanket are like being in a soft hug! The crew at the Knox Street Dallas store managed by Andrea, are super friendly and knowledgable. Shout out to Dan Bond for his patient and professional help getting me set up!! It's great to go in and touch and see the products and to help get just what you want. They took care of the rest!
