I didn’t think bed quality mattered much to me until conversing with Daniel Le. His knowledge and insight convinced me to invest in my sleep health. I appreciate Daniel’s professionalism and how he didn’t make me feel naive throughout the buying process. The store is great and the sales people great--I only have good things to say about them. My problem is with the product. I first purchased the Tempur-Proadapt but that softened after a few months so they took it back on their 120day guarantee. I then got the Beautyrest Preasuresmart and have had it about a year but it has gone soft. The warranty claim was rejected on grounds that this is normal for the mattress. But then what is the point of a firm mattress if it becomes an overly soft one in a year?
