Some folks march into the store, point at the first thing they see and say "Yep that'll do". Others, like my wife and I, treat couch shopping like we are picking out a racehorse for the Kentucky Derby. We inspected seams, tested bounce rates, and overthought every color like it was life or death. Jordan Phillips, our salesman, had the patience of someone teaching their grandma how to text and he had the kind of jokes that actually make shopping for furniture fun. He let us flop around in indecision without ever making us feel rushed or judged. If customer service had a Hall of Fame, Jordan would already have his photo up there. After what felt like hours of sitting, standing, second guessing, and back and forth debates, we finally landed on THE ONE. We got it home, set it up, and noticed a small tear. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still a little bit of a bummer as that feeling sinks in where you have no idea what kind of customer service you're going to receive by tryin to rectify it. Is this going to be months of calling, chasing, and trying to get an issue fixed? No, not at all. Bosler’s didn’t even flinch. No arguments, no awkward back and forth, just a quick "we’ll take care of it", and a replacement part was sent right out to us. This is the kind of service you always hope for, but almost never get anymore. It is easy to see why they have 608 reviews and are still rocking nearly a perfect 5 star rating. Plus most of their products are American made which basically means you are buying a couch and high fiving the economy at the same time.
