My fiancé and I recently purchased a power reclining couch set from Trevor at BoxDrop, and I can confidently say this was HANDS DOWN the best customer service we have ever experienced. After bringing the set home, we ran into an issue with one of the recliners. We were worried at first, but Trevor immediately stepped in. Within ONE day, the issue was resolved thanks to his quick response, knowledge, and willingness to truly help. He personally walked us through the fix step by step and made sure everything was working perfectly. That level of care and dedication is rare to find. This is actually our second purchase through BoxDrop. We bought a mattress almost 2 years ago, and we are still completely in love with it. The quality of their products speaks for itself, but the customer service is what truly sets them apart. Trevor goes above and beyond for his customers. He is honest, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares. Because of that, BoxDrop will have our business forever. The service was exceptional and incredibly informative. Trevor was polite and went above and beyond to assist us, even though it was already past closing time at 4:00 pm (he stayed until 4:15 pm to help us). This wasn't intentional, as they do close at 4:00 pm, but Trevor was happy to guide us through the purchasing process and explain what the delivery would entail. We’re so glad we stopped by – we saved a lot of money and ended up with high-quality mattresses. If you're in town or nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. They have a wide selection of mattresses and furniture to choose from. Plus, Trevor is incredibly personable, down-to-earth, and truly dedicated to helping customers. It was a great experience, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

BEWARE! My sister and brother in law bought a couch. The delivery people barely attempted to get it in the house. My sister offered suggestions but they said no. They said they had been doing this for 10 years. Then they changed and said 20 years. Furniture has been moved in and out previously so door size was not an issue. They were told they still had to pay the $100 delivery fee. Nothing was delivered! They said it was stealing if they didn’t pay. Nothing a good way to get future customers.
