Mattress Mart

Great mattress buying experience all around. Salesman was very knowledgeableDelivery Jeff and Kevin were patient, polite and efficient on the delivery and set up. Been shopping Battle Creek location for over 18 years and 7 mattresses Still have older model built to last.

Great experience from start to finish. Walked in the door explained what I needed, had my new mattress delivered two days later. They were not pushy, I did not feel rushed, they Had good knowledge of each of the mattresses they carry. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good quality mattress. Also, delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were very professional and helpful even taking my old mattress out.

I really liked the service provided by this store. Initially, I emailed the store to find out if they had the mattress that I was interested in trying (Mattress Mart has 3 locations by the way, I chose the closest location near me which is located in Battle Creek) . Travis emailed me back immediately the next day to let me know that they did deliver to Jackson and also that they had all four of the mattresses I was interested in trying. I chose to buy from a local store after having a really bad experience with a mattress in a box from a big box store. Rather than waste any more time or money on a crappy back breaking mattress, I did a lot of research (about a month’s worth) to find a good mattress meaning it’s high quality materials, will last a long time, and provided the comfort factor that we required to sleep well. Once I arrived at the store, Kevin was so helpful both in showing me mattresses that he thought would work for both me and my husband but also providing us details on the materials of the mattress. We took our time trying out about six mattresses. We ended up really liking about 3 of them but ultimately it came down to two different ones made by Capitol Bedding. I am very happy to support a local business and buy a Michigan manufactured mattress. The mattress I chose was the Capitol Bedding Hadley Plush Hybrid. Mattress Mart provides a 90 day comfort guarantee as well in case you change your mind about the mattress. Fortunately, they offer so many great mattresses you will definitely find something you like. I would have liked to take home more than one if I could. Definitely check out Mattress Mart if your looking for a quality mattress made right here in Michigan and sold by a really great, local small business.

Awesome people run this store. We had an amazing serious of events nothing short of a miracle and got a decent bed with our house purchase. They honored our refund with a smile, congratulated us yet again and I will send friends here everytime. No pressure sales, he'll check the back while you stand there to see if he has what you want in stock. Very honest, very happy to help people sleep better.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Kevin, and was deeply impressed by how quickly he knew which beds to show me with just a quick description that I gave him of my needs. It took less than 10 minutes for me to find and purchase a bed and arrange delivery, and I was out the door! The two gentlemen who delivered my bed today were marvelous as well. They were friendly, professional, and very careful as they brought my mattress and boxspring into the house. 20 years ago my husband and I bought a bed from Mattress Mart that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on until the one that I just bought lol. I honestly wouldn’t think of shopping for a bed anywhere else.
