Wonderful, caring service. They have a huge selection of furniture. The quality is fantastic. The prices are reasonable. What sets Russell's apart from any of their competition is their customer service. They truly treat you like family. They give you their best advice, but do not pressure you into any purchase. They will do their best to find you exactly what you want. I have purchased multiple items from them and have never been disappointed!
View on GoogleAmazing service! From the ZERO pressure shopping to delivery, RCS made every part of getting new furniture a breeze. definitely don’t let the name fool you, we were so impressed with the great range of furniture options they had in store and will definitely shop there again!
View on GoogleWe bought a couch and chair in March or April 2025. Very disappointed. The couch is hold up.The chair is showing wear. No kids jumping on it,no dogs allowed. The material on the arms and seat are wearing down. We bought a Cat Napper back in 2012. Love that chair. It's holding up so well. The quality of the furniture is not what it used to be. I'm sure we won't be back.
View on GoogleAlways such a pleasure shopping at Russell’s Country Store. It’s nice to be treated as a valued customer and talk to people who actually know their product. Friendly, honest, reliable and still there after the sale. Thank you all so much, you truly are the best.
