Paul was great to work with. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions we had. Even was able to match the price we saw online and made it work for us.
View on GoogleI had a great experience with Paul at Mattress Firm in Burnsville. I went in a told him what I wanted and my budget, and he kept me under. They have a wonderful 120 day price match guarantee and he did not try to pressure me into anything additional that I didn’t need. He offered me pillows and a protection plan, but did not push when I declined. I was in and out in about a half hour and it was a very pleasant and no pressure experience.
View on GoogleHuge shoutout to Paul at Mattress Firm! I was struggling with an online coupon, but Paul stepped in and handled everything over the phone. I picked up my mattress just an hour later and saved a ton of money compared to other suppliers. If you want a "steal of a deal" and great customer service, go see them in Burnsville! 5/5 stars.
View on GoogleDarin was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He helped satisfy my needs and wants. He did not push me into anything I wasnt comfortable with. He did an amazing job.
View on GoogleGreat experience thus far. Waiting for delivery of my Sealy PosturePedic with adjustable base. Looking forward to my new Coconut Pillows! Darin, the manager was great! No high pressure sales. Knowledgeable of products. Listened to my needs and price range. Financing was quick. Bradley also helped me with my purchase details. He too was knowledgeable, helpful and was a pleasant young man. Carried my new pillows out to my vehicle for this old senior lady! Sounds like a reasonable trial and return option. Local delivery in a timely manner. Over all this has been a good retail experience thus far. H.L. a new Apple Valley resident.
