We found a Great formal dining room table with 6 chairs also a Great quality comfortable recliner with the help of Lynaea. She was very fun & helpful to work with on our journey here!! Alex did a wonderful job helping us to purchase furniture we'll be needing in our New home in Elko New Market by April 29th. He's a very professional manager and sales representative. We never felt pressured at any time through our purchase. It's very hard to find someone that's as easy as Alex was to make us feel relaxed and satisfied as we did. Initial experience with salesperson was good. We ordered 2 full size sofas because they were out of stock. A 2 month wait was estimated, but they came in a little early. Where things fell apart was on delivery. One of the sofas delivered was a loveseat instead of a full size sofa. Called our salesperson and he said he would set up delivery to exchange for the correct sofa. The delivery date came and went, with no communication. My wife called our salesperson. He initially couldn't remember talking to me over the phone about the exchange delivery and asked my wife who I had spoken to. I called our salesperson myself and refreshed his memory. Then he told me that his Manager told him that the Delivery Dept would take care of setting up the exchange delivery and that he should cancel his setup so that the Delivery Dept didn't go out to our house twice. That would have been OK, except the Delivery Dept never contacted us to set up the exchange. Salesperson contacted Delivery and finally got things straightened out. They made the exchange delivery about a week later. I had asked our salesperson if Slumberland usually offered compensation for customer inconveniences like this. He said Yes, and he would talk to his Manager the following Monday when the Manager returned from vacation. Salesperson finally called back Thursday and said his Manager declined any compensation because "the problem had been taken care of". Taken care of, yes, but only after a whole lot of confusion and inconvenience of having to do an exchange in the first place, taking time off work waiting for a delivery that never came and having to take the initiative on our end to follow up with Slumberland multiple times to get things right. Will not be shopping there again....

We recently visited the Slumberland Furniture location to purchase a king-size bed for our new home, and once again, it was a great experience. We were assisted by Seth, who was very attentive from the start. It seemed like they were a bit short on staff at the time, but he still made sure we were well taken care of. He guided us through several bed options and helped us narrow things down based on what would work best for us. We also needed a mattress, and Seth was incredibly patient while we tried multiple models. He encouraged us to take our time comparing comfort levels, support, and materials until we felt confident in our decision. He even brought over different pillows to improve the testing experience, which was a really nice touch. In the end, we chose a hybrid-style mattress (a mix of springs and foam), and we’re very happy with it. On top of that, I ended up purchasing a chair that I hadn’t planned on buying—but once I saw it on the showroom floor, I couldn’t pass it up. Seth made sure to reserve it for me, which I really appreciated. We’ve scheduled delivery, and overall the entire experience was smooth and positive. Slumberland continues to be a reliable place for us when it comes to furniture. Highly recommended.

We previously have purchased furniture from Slumberland and have been pleased with the quality and prices. We were interested in buying a recling chair and sofa during their latest sale. The store was relatively empty (Tuesday evening). The sales people were very casually dressed and ours was laid back. After trying many chairs and asking a lot of questions, we left to think about it. The chair was in stock but the couch was going to be a special order. We went back 3 days later and purchased and paid for the set. We were informed the chair was now in stock and may take up to 6-8 weeks the same as the couch. However, if it did come in we would be notified and it could be delivered right away. We went back 2 weeks later for something else and asked about the chair. It was in stock and could be delivered this week. He was upfront that it was his mistake that he wasn't checking his partially filled order status items. The couch is still 4+ weeks away. We wonder when we would have been notified if we hadn't asked. We were told that there would be no extra charge for 2 deliveries. We hope that part goes better and the set is a good as we hope.
