Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Good customer service, and they go the extra mile. We purchased a living room furniture set 2 yrs ago there along with a 5 yr warranty on it. Recently the back of one of the love seat recliners broke, and they immediately gave us the direct number to the warranty service, where we filed a claim online. Quick response from warranty service and they sent out a repair guy 2 weeks later, who ultimately was unable to repair it, so the warranty company gave us a full price store credit to get another one. Went back to Boxdrop for replacement, which they happened to have in stock, and picked up the sofa the next week with no troubles. The rest of the living room furniture is still in great condition and we are very pleased with it. Our friends and family that have used it are surprised that we got such nice quality furniture, including electric recliners, at such a great price! We would definitely recommend Boxdrop.

My Wife, Kids and I just got into our new apartment, and we needed furniture. We wanted something nice, affordable, and to not have to worry about hidden damages, ware and tear or filth from other people's household. BoxDrop had a very nice selection of furniture at fairly reasonable prices. They worked with me on setting up a day to pick them up after we bought them. We love these couches.

Highly recommend. Mike was extremely kind and helpful. Very low pressure. Answered all of our questions and even gave us a measuring tape. Roamed to our hearts content until we found the perfect set. Delivery was the same week and we opted to also have them assemble everything. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. Within 20 minutes our sofa and loveseat were good to go. Definitely check them out if you're in the market for new furniture. So glad we went here instead of ordering online!

They’ve been amazing to work with. My fiancé and I got a couch with them a little less than a year ago and they were kind and patient with us and our millions of questions. Now we were in need of a new bed and under a time crunch. Mike knew what he was talking about and was happy to help us with our purchase. 100%, Boxdrop is doing everything right and I’ll be recommending them to any and all of my friends from here on out!

Fast and easy, no pressure from the guys walking around. They were both able to jump in and help us with questions we had and one even helped us load our new loveseat. Prices were set to move inventory. We will be heading back there when it comes time for another furniture purchase.
