First time buying new furniture and the experience was great. From entry of the store to set up in my apartment everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. When I mentioned I needed delivery due it being just me, Candie made some calls and was able yo get my couch and mattress delivered same day rather than waiting a few weeks. It truly made my little place feel officially like home. Thank you BoxDrop crew!

Best experience I’ve ever had! Buying furniture is so stressful, trying to make sure it’s the right fit for you and your needs. We bought our couch from here about a year and a half ago and still love it to this day! We went in today to look around at bedroom suites to upgrade(not expecting to buy anything today) but left feeling so happy and excited with our purchase! We paid today and they’re delivering(and assembling) it TOMORROW! That is so awesome. For the price and customer service, it was a no brainer to go through them again! Their selection has something for everyone and the quality is amazing! From the second we walked in to the time we left, everyone was smiling, happy and truly wanted to help us find the right pieces for us! Next time we need something, I know exactly where we’ll be going 😉

I went into this store and made 2 big purchases 2 weekends in a row. My first one was a dining room table that is beautiful! I worked with a mother-daughter duo. The mother (sweetest lady) helped me find the perfect table, I picked one based on a picture and I love it more than anything. The daughter (Jennifer, just as amazing as her mother) helped me this weekend with picking out a bedroom set. It is beautiful! I was hesitant but she said it is one of her top sellers (I think she said she has this set in her master bedroom too). Both sets are beautiful 😍 and I cannot wait to go back for my nightstands in a few weeks.
