We purchased a high top cherry square table with chairs for our office meeting area. We had looked in Greer, Greenville and surrounding areas for a tall square table with 4-chairs, but could not find the size we needed. We also noticed the pricing for tall tables was higher than we had budgeted. After I left a customer's home one afternoon on my way back from Easley to Greer, I saw Farmers Home Furniture. I stopped in to take a look. Keith, the salesman, came over to me and offered help. I told him what I was looking for; he led me to the table section. I immediately spotted the table I wanted. He said it was on sale. I was not expecting it to be on sale. I was going to purchase it regardless. It was the exact height and width we had been seeking for our office space. The quality is great, and the table is heavy-duty. Keith was helpful in showing us some other items we were interested in purchasing later. He also checked on the delivery fee for our Greer office, which was more than reasonable. Our checkout process was seamless. The delivery crew delivered our table on the day agreed upon without any issues. We are delighted with our purchase and the price we paid for the table. The store was stocked with some other nice sofas, tables and lamps. The store was clean. Keith was pleasant and good to work with. I highly recommend Farmer Home Furniture for mid-range to lower priced offerings. The piece I bought was perfect for our office.

Bought recliner said it would be delivered between 12-5. I had errands that morning and was home by 10:20. There was a note on door that they were there at 10 and we would need to reschedule delivery. I called store then and they said it would be between 12-5. We'll at 5 it wasn't here. I called store and they said let me get in touch with driver and they would call me back. 3 minutes later she called and said they were in clemson and they would be here by 6. Well at 6 it wasn't here. Called store again and same lady i had spoken with earlier said let me get in touch with driver and she would call me back. We'll finally at 6:45 she calls my husbands phone and said sorry they are still in clemson and it would be tomorrow morning before it could be delivered. But she said they would waive delivery fee. I think she knew she didn't want to hear me. We will never by anything from Farmers again.

Previous experience at this store. Purchased a recliner on February 14th. Great price for recliner. We were going to pick this up on Saturday the 21 st a changed our mind a called to have it delivered on February 25 th. The delivery fee was 129.00 which I paid by credit card. This recliner was supposed to be delivered from 11-4 today. I was told they would call to let us know a more precise time. I called at 12:30 a they said oh they just got back an it will probably 2 - 5. I called at 4:30 a was told that I said I would pick it up which I didn’t. Employee said well did you pay the delivery fee. I said yes it’s already on my credit card I was then told the could deliver first thing on 26 th. I to,d her if she could give me an exact time I would not cancel. She was supposed to call e bk by 7:00. So much frustration! At 6:30 I decided to call a get a full refund. I will never be in this store ever again. Too many screw ups. Go to another furniture company a don’t buy from this store. My fiancé stayed home all day waiting on this furniture to be delivered. Our time is worth more than this aggravation. Having a drink due to all this stress

I purchased a recliner and sectional from this store at the end of December. I was able to try the recliner in the showroom and it felt solid and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no sectional on display to test at the time. When the furniture was delivered, the sectional looked good and felt sturdy. However, the recliner immediately felt very different from the one in the store. It felt flimsy and made creaking noises anytime an adult sat in it. At first, I thought it might just be my weight, but it did the same thing for anyone who tried it. About two weeks after delivery, my wife contacted the store with our concerns. We were asked if we tried it in the store, which we did — but the one delivered to us feels completely different. She asked if an exchange might be possible. The representative said she would speak with the manager and call us back, but we never received a return call. When my wife followed up again, we were told a decision still had not been made. Now, only two months later, the recliner is coming apart. There is wood falling from the bottom, and it is sitting crooked. We are still making payments on a chair that is clearly defective and may not even be usable much longer. We are extremely disappointed in both the quality of the recliner and the lack of follow-up from customer service. We simply wanted a product that matched what we tried in the store and a fair resolution when issues arose.

If I could give a negative start rating they would get it. Order a love seat for my house got messed up within the 2nd month of having it. Ask them to replace it dew to having insurance. They refused to fixed it and said it my fault so I rasie hell till it was done right. Well they brought out a new love seat today they showed up on unannounce destroy my hard wood floors and my son sand box and hit a company work truck and refused to take responsibility for there actions. I will never come back here again or will tell anyone to shop here.
