Shaun did an amazing job with assisting us with our purchase. We wanted a mattress with good quality and affordable. Shaun listened to our needs and found the perfect mattress that fit our needs. Shaun was not pushy he allowed us time to try out different models and did not pressure us to spend more than our budget allowed. We were very happy with our service today.

Sheri was very helpful in figuring out what we wanted and different options to hit the price we were aiming for. There was no rush or pressure. The have a large number of mattresses, pillows and bases to try out. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new employee help me with a refund on a box spring. He was super helpful and did not want to provide the wrong info. So took the time to talk to his manager and call me back to make sure he could provide me with the most accurate info. And I really appreciate that!

We went in today and were greeted by Sheri, who clearly cares for her commission more than customers. We had a good experience overall, she was rather knowledgeable and helpful, both with currently running promotions and helping us find beds we would find comfortable. We found a mattress we like, and we informed her we didn't want to buy today because I get cashback from my credit card in 2 days from now on Saturday. Sheri immediately flipped a switch, it seems quite obvious to me that because she was not working on Saturday (as she informed us) she was upset she would not be getting a commission. She tried to tell me I didn't understand the cash back, and stopped telling me about their price guarantees and instead was telling me that sales could change at any time. Unfortunately commission business models incentivise this behavior, but I still find it unacceptable.

Nice experience from beginning to end! My sleep expert Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase. I appreciated the variety of items to try out in store and the quality vs the price received. I’ve shopped here several time in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend!
