BoxDrop Lufkin

BoxDrop Lufkin is a hidden treasure. My wife and I stopped there first in our mattress hunt and found a great mattress, how ever like most we continued shopping. NOTHING compared to what BoxDrop was offering, the price, and the turn around time to have it in our home. I know these purchases are suppose to be every 8 or so years, but we will be back. The store is nice, clean and well inventoried and has something for every budget. The owner, the delivery driver had some of the best customer service we could ask for in our small town and you wont be disappointed. From shopping day to delivery was about a week as the mattress we wanted was on order and not yet in store for pickup however once it was brought on the truck it was delivered the next day! We have had the best nights sleep in years and we owe that to the service, knowledge and selection that BoxDrop had to offer. I wanted a few weeks to write this review, but we are so happy! If you’re in the market, please at least call and make an appointment to see what options you have, the prices can’t be beat, trust me we tried to find comparable deals elsewhere!

We love our mattress that Mike sold us. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Reasonable, affordable and very good people. Thanks mike!

Came to get 2 block springs for king size bed the gentlemen there knew exactly what we needed and helped me get it all on the track the pricing was reasonable his customer service was above any approach really worthwhile to take a time to shop and maybe save yourself some money

Went in and had somewhat of an idea of what I was looking for and the budget I needed to stay around. Scott was such amazing and helpful with explanation because I was looking for a cal king mattress with cooling as I am a very hot sleeper. I ended up with the restore by Sapphire sleep hybrid cooling cal king mattress.

Great customer service and Scott made mattress buying a breeze. Wonderful communication and we were able to get an appointment within a day or two. It was fun to try all the different options in what felt like our own personal showroom. No pressure sales and price points comfortable for every budget! We took our mattress home the same day and we are loving it! Highly recommend BoxDrop Lufkin!
