I was quickly greeted by Siaida after arriving. She asked several questions to find my interests and showed me several options. She sat down with me and showed me a layout using lil’ furniture models so I could see what would work best with my space. I was just looking at different stores to make a decision by next week but Siaida made my decision very clear and I can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered! Great service and sweet personality!!!
View on GoogleWhen I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello followed by what can I help you with today or are you just browsing. Which was nice compared to a shark attack that you get at a car dealership. I started out with Hubert from sales and.then joined by Yazminn the assistant manager and they were wonderful. No pressure just very nice and professional. This was at the Lufkin store. Thank you all so much for your help. If I ever need anything else I will be back. Wont get delivery till tomorrow and we’ll see how that works out. Thanks again
View on GoogleI was greeted and I told the furnishing specialist, Frank that I was looking for a zero gravity recliner. He showed me several options and I was very interested in one of them. He showed me the controls and how to operate it and answered any of my questions. He was very polite and friendly.. He told me about the 0% interest financing plus, I was able to get a chair and a discount. I am scheduled to have my chair delivered on February 3.. The only thing I’m not 100% happy about is having to wait a couple of weeks to get my chair delivered. But I understand when you purchase from Ashley that is. How it goes.
