Ivan Smith Furniture

My salesperson, Lisa was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She knew all the details on the excellent warrant program available for accidents and malfunctions, if not used; then points will be reimbursed to apply to future purchases. Each staff member was courteous, helpful, and well versed in the construction of each item we purchased. We’ve purchased before and found that to always be the same.

We purchased a dining room table/chairs and an oversized chair and ottoman from Ivan Furniture in Lufkin. We are very happy with the service we received. Not only the professional and courteous sales but the delivery and setup of our dining table and the follow through this company has provided. Thank you for such great service and professionalism. We will definitely be shopping Ivan Furniture for all our future furniture needs!!

Great experience doing business with Ivan and Smith. Sales rep, Cody provided excellent support in our purchase of a SQ washer and dryer set and a GE refrigerator. In and out in less than 30 minutes with exactly what we came in for. Delivery was next day with excellent communication with status of the delivery team. Delivery team did a professional job in installation and clean up. Will definitely do business with again in the future Thanks!

Fantastic furniture store! Salesperson Xavier was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I bought three rooms of furniture that I thought I’d have to visit other stores but Ivan Smith had everything I needed at very reasonable prices. Would recommend 10/10. Five stars for sure!

Have purchased several items through the years from Ivan’s. Most recent I loved so much decided I wanted another piece called and special ordered it over the phone.. Cody Forrest is a wonderful salesman, Lufkin Ivan’s is lucky to have him.
