Javier was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and helpful and really knew the various aspects of the mattresses we were looking into. He gave us insight into many ways we could sleep better through selecting a mattress that would fit us best. He’s an asset to the company and did a great job helping us!
View on GoogleThe place to go for fair price and selection. Went to Mattress Firm, seemingly only having a certain number of mattresses to choose from. Then choosing something in the outer reaches of my financial budget, luckily I stopped myself short and went to Factory Mattress where I was able to shop for not the cheapest mattress but a quality mattress that fit my budget. Those corporations like to limit your selections so as to think it’s just hundreds above or a thousand. When in fact all of the mattresses in the showroom are extremely high end, most people are on a fixed income and should not need to spend $2 or $6 or $8k or $10+k on a mattress set without bedroom suite. I went to factory mattress and found a quality made in Texas mattress that was comparable too that high end mattress (which Factory Mattress also offers); I will be upgrading too in the next 5-10 yrs. Where i assure you a will by it from Factory Mattress! Factory Mattress offers all of the high end brands, but also gives a family to choices they need to make decisions, while letting people choose to buy that super high quality and high end brands! Would like to see Beauty Rest offered at Factory Mattress as I would like to choose between Beauty Rest and their existing selection, which is enough to suit most sleeper’s. That deliver unmatched sleep comfort and +20yrs or less of quality sleep.
View on GoogleI had bought my Serta iComfort at Factory Mattress a few years ago in Austin. When I was looking to replace my mattress, I stopped by. At the time, I was looking for a Nectar. They did not have the model I was looking for. I had to go to their competitor. After checking the mattress out at their competitor and feeling like I was at a car dealer with the hard sell, I came back to Factory Mattress and ended up buying a Tempurpedic. Javier was amazing. There was zero "high pressure". He and I bonded over working in Furniture sales. It was an easy process. He informed me of my options on financing and allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed. He even checked the warehouse to make sure that I could get my mattress delivered within days, instead of having to order it and wait. I know many places want a "paper" application for credit. I would love to see the option to fill out the credit app online. If you could fill out one app and have them show you what your options were for financing, that would be amazing. Secondly, I know the accessories like bed sheets, pillows, mattress protectors are marked up. They had a limited amount of accessories you could get with your mattress. It would be nice to have more options. They do not even have to keep those items in stock. If you could purchase them and have them delivered to your house, instead of having them delivered all at the same time. That way you would not have to keep an inventory. I opted not to go with the sheet set, as paying over $70 for "microfiber" sheets was a bit much, especially when you can get them for almost less than half that price. If you have the option to order those extras and have them delivered to your house, without having to get them from a warehouse, that might cut down on the expenses as well. Overall, I was very impressed with how smooth the mattress purchase went. I was not really planning on buying a mattress, nor was I planning on spending $4K on that mattress, but Javier made it seamless and painless. If you are going to shop at their competitor who had a ton of stores, I would strongly advise you to skip them and just buy your mattress at Factory Mattress.

They have this machine that helped determine what mattress was best for us. Overall best experience and best price that we have found.
View on GoogleJames was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Did not feel pushed or like the typical sales gimmicky thing. We were impressed with his presentation and knowledge and just his general demeanor enough that on the first visit we made the decision to buy a very nice mattress and automated frame.
