Sleep Number

I have to say that this is one of the most Customer Service oriented companies I’ve ever dealt with. I am blown away at how they continue to strive to earn your business even after they’ve already earned it. Chris, the manager, At the South Park location is wonderful! He took the time to text me before I even went to the store to make sure we were on the same page. We’ve been to several Sleep number stores, and this is the only one where I’ve never felt pressured. No pressure to upgrade, add on products or even buy for for that matter. Just good old-fashioned what can I do for you! The way it should be everywhere for consumers. No pressure, what can I do for you. Somewhere in the retail world it lost its touch. Everybody expects you to buy and not only that they want a tip after you’ve bought. Not this place! It’s all about taking care of the customer! So many retailers could learn how to train their employees from this model. Thank you, Chris. Will send everyone we know to the South Park store. We appreciate what you did for us.

We had such a good experience visiting this store. My sister recently purchased a Sleep Number bed and has nothing but great things to say about it. We were in the market, so we decided to gave it a try. Mattress shopping can be really daunting, but as soon as we walked in we were met with a warm welcome and Mike made the process so seamless and easy. The adjustability of the beds makes so much sense for couples since everyone is different. It was very busy due to the Memorial Day sale and the whole team worked together to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended this location! We are so excited for our Sleep Number bed and cannot wait for it to arrive!!

Had a great experience. Dreanna was a very experienced and professional sales person. She was patient and thorough and we ended up buying an iLE with Flex 2 base and 2 remote controls. Waiting on delivery now and I am sure we are going to love it!

This was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a while. The store was busy when I arrived but the manager Michael kept coming by to make sure I didn't need anything and to let me know he would be with me as soon as he could. Once it was my turn, he was knowledgeable, patient and made sure to be thorough with all of his explanations on all of my options. I never felt pressured or rushed to pick anything that I didn't want. We got the perfect mattress and accessories. Upon arrival of our mattress, the store called to check on how everything was as well as update us on the items that were being mailed. And they were just as responsive and understanding when I called back with additional questions. Thank you for making this such an easy experience.

Went here to look at beds but not with any intention to buy, first sales rep was nice but then after the manager realized that we were going to leave he came at us with a sales pitch, which is normal and expected. After I told him I wouldn't buy without doing more researched he seemed upset. I went to shake his hand because there was a chance we would come back to buy from here since we did like the beds, but the manager squeezed my hand so hard that 24 hours later my hand still hurts. Would not buy from this store.
