The owner took the time to walk my daughter and me through everything, helped us find the perfect fit, and made sure I stayed within budget. Okay, we went over budget but it was totally worth it to get the adjustable base. We ended up with a queen size mattress, a solid wood frame, and an adjustable base with multiple modes, plus a 10 year warranty. He even included a free mattress cover and discounted an already unbeatable price. For comparison, I had just been to Ashley Furniture and their prices were easily double. BoxDrop delivered better quality, better service, and better value. Chris, the delivery driver, was absolutely incredible. His communication was top tier from start to finish. I had a packed day with work and a softball game, and he worked around my schedule and delivered after 9 PM so I would not have to wait another day. That level of customer service is rare. Chris was professional, friendly, and genuinely great to have in our home. He was amazing with my dogs, made my usually shy daughter feel completely comfortable, and even helped quote some work around my house that I have been putting off for a long time. Found BoxDrop on Facebook market place, have been searching for the perfect mattress.... I wish I would have came here first. Greg was so fantastic, very welcoming not one of those pushing sales type people, let us just browse and try out all the mattresses, he was super knowledgeable about each mattress we were interested in. The warranties they offer are incredible. The mattress we bought has a 20 year warranty!!! And best of all, Greg is a veteran. He served our country for 22 years!!! I highly recommend checking out BoxDrop for any bedroom furniture needs, they have dressers, frames headboards, pillows and the best conversations!!! They offer delivery also by a vet, and they offer financing options. Such a great experience, I wish I could give higher then 5 stars!!!

The owners, Greg and Syphay Heller, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and never pushy. They took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect setup at an unbeatable price. We received a brand new mattress, adjustable base, and beautiful frame for 30–70% less than retail, all new in the box. It was an incredible deal that we couldn’t resist. The same day delivery and setup were included for a small fee, and even the delivery driver, a veteran, was professional, fast, and treated our home with care. Everything was set up perfectly before Chris left. Greg and Syphay went above and beyond by throwing in a free mattress cover and even a hat that says “I Love Jesus,” which meant a lot to us. It wasn’t just a purchase; it felt like doing business with good people who genuinely care. What truly made this special was that we had initially planned to buy a frame from Costco and build something ourselves. However, after seeing the quality, pricing, and the way they run their business, it was a no-brainer. We are so glad we came here.
