Kane's Furniture - Melbourne

Today, my Wife and I entered Kane’s Furniture in Melbourne to begin our search for a sectional couch for our new home. We really weren’t intending to necessarily buy today but rather wanted to gather comparisons between different options. After entering Kane’s, we were greeted by a Sales Associate named Barbara…..She could not have been nicer, more courteous, patient and respectful of our desire for no pressure sales assistance. We saw a sectional we really liked but left to consider further options….. Later in the day we decided we liked the piece so much and appreciated Barbara so much that we had to find a way to make a deal…… After spending some additional time with Barbara and later with her Sales Manager Martin Schulman, we finalized a deal that has made us very happy and looking forward to our soon arriving sectional. Barbara is an absolute Godsend and we are blessed to have had her assistance! Please make sure she is recognized for her warmth and professionalism… Additionally, thank you so much to Martin!!!!!!!!!

We should have gone to Kane's furniture first! We were looking for a new couch during black Friday sales events. We went to 5 furniture stores. We found nice couches in every store and some really good deals. But, Chris over at Kane's furniture spent over an hour letting me tryout all the couches (that's the way I shop)! In the end, he found us the perfect couch and stayed in our budget!

A very pleasant experience from the minute we walked through the door. Respect and dignity for the elderly and listen to the wants needs were key. Gave us a great experience, purchasing a mattress and two chairs. We will be back for our future needs. Our salesperson Wendy was very knowledgeable outgoing and professional.

Barbara Fortes was the best sales representative I have ever dealt with! She took her time. Let us know all of our options, was even extra helpful in helping picking out items and explaining things, Such as care of the furniture, warranties and delivery options. I will definitely come back and purchase more furniture from Kane’s!

My salesmans name was Paul. He was a delight to work with.... no pressure. And the current sale was fantastic. I've been going to Kanes Furniture for over 20 years. Never disappointed.
